Is your Online Shop really secure?

At Blue Orchid Gowns, we take your security as seriously as you do. This website uses professional-level secure shopping methods.

We use powerful Internet standard encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data when you transmit it to us. This process is known as SSL (secure sockets layer) and it gives you the maximum practicable level of security. To check that you are in a secure area of our site, look at the bottom of your browser and you will see a closed padlock or an unbroken key symbol.

Do you have a size chart?

To ensure you always have a wide range of quality dresses and accessories to choose from, Blue Orchid Gowns use more than one manufacturer. This means that dress measurements may vary slightly with each garment.

What is the Blue Orchid Gowns returns policy?

Blue Orchid Gowns offers a 7 day Home Approval for all items purchased.

Please check your measurements carefully against our size chart (as some of our dresses do come up slightly smaller than standard UK sizes) prior to ordering.

Returns:

If however your dress does not fit, or is deemed unsuitable, then you may return the item within 7 days for a full refund. Please notify us by email within 48 hours if you wish to return any item(s) so we can assign you a Unique Returns Number.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and with the security tag still attached within the 7 days for a full refund.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage, and take out adequate postal insurance to the value of the item (as we cannot be held responsible for loss/damage of returned items).

Any items returned soiled, damaged or without their security tag attached cannot be resold as new. In these cases a surcharge of up to 70% of the items value could be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Goods:

At Blue Orchid Gowns, our staff prides themselves on thoroughly checking each item individually for any faults prior to shipping; however on rare occasions should an item be received with a fault it can be returned to us within 7 days for a full refund.

You must notify Blue Orchid Gowns of any faults within 48 hours of receipt by either telephone contact or via an email.

A full refund is only offered for faults that existed prior to shipping - damage caused whilst trying on the item i.e. broken zips, torn seams or damage caused by soiling through make up etc will not be covered.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and with the security tag still attached within the 7 days for a full refund. What should I do if my gown doesn't arrive?

Upon placing an order you will be notified if the dress is currently in stock.

Any item held in stock will be shipped FREE to you by priority recorded delivery (signed for) within 3 working days. Should an item not arrive on the designated delivery date please get in touch immediately so we can trace your missing order.

What do you do with my personal details?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We take the privacy of our customers seriously and are committed to preserving it. When you use our site you will be asked for information about yourself and your financial details to pay for items. We will only ask for the information that we need to process your order and maintain our records.

Buying from outside the UK

We will happily ship any item FREE worldwide.
